This is sweet corn & Flor de Caña rum ice cream by Guerrilla Ice Cream, who made jasmine tea shaved ice with me earlier today for my big Stupidly Simple Snacks video launch on Next New Networks this week. You won’t believe how easy it is to make sweet tea-flavored snow, which is perfect for warm summer days like these.
Also, the Guerrilla guys are teaching an ice cream-making class this week! It’s not expensive ($40, 6:30-9PM) and is a pretty brilliant date idea, so consider it the place to be this Thursday in NYC. amy
